Target Interaction Model
Our designs are based on the interactions of the HR Customers which are aligned to the prioritization of services. The target interactions are persona based and look at the employee and manager experiences across the channels of direct access (self-service), direct interactions with HR resources and integrated 3 rd parties. This design then informs the roles, functions and sizing of the organizational structure.
Target Operating Model
Based on the Target Interactions the roles, functions and sizing of the organizational structure is designed. We then bring this to life through activations and with an activation plan that identifies competencies and skills needs to achieve the target state. We assist in the role descriptions and training curriculum.
HR Delivery Roadmap
The transition from the current state to the target state is often a multi-year plan. Commit delivers a roadmap across the dimension of people, process, technology and change/content for activation. The roadmap is prioritized based on criteria filters that are specific to your organization and identify the interdependencies for a successful execution.
