Commit Consulting announces Workday Services Partnership
Dallas, Texas – Commit Consulting is thrilled to announce their selection as an official Workday Services Partner. This achievement is due to the unparalleled excellence of Commit’s functional and technical teams resulting in measurable impact with Workday customers.
This next iteration of Commit’s relationship with Workday will help the team expand their ability to offer best-in-class, white glove HR and Financials consulting services that customers have made synonymous with the Commit brand.
Commit’s Pathway to Partnership
Commit Consulting’s journey formally began in June 2023. By February 2024, Commit achieved its Workday Services Partnership status, representing the fastest rise from inception to Services Partner for a consultancy in the Workday ecosystem.
“This is an exciting milestone for our incredibly talented team and underscores the alignment of our core values with Workday’s leadership,” said Matt Cahal, Commit’s Founder & CEO. “We’re all proud of the Commit team for earning this partnership every day through personal excellence and accountability. The Workday Services Partnership is a major launching pad for our next phase of growth, and we don’t take the endorsement and trust from our Workday partners lightly.”
The consultants representing Commit’s team span the entire spectrum of the Workday ecosystem – they have been Phase 1 Implementers, System Architects, Product Leads at implementation partner firms, post-production support experts, and even Workday customer owners themselves.
In addition to versatile consulting experience, several of Commit’s team members have backgrounds as SHRM-certified HR Professionals, IT and Finance industry leaders as well as HR Modernization experts.
The sum of experience across Commit’s team creates a unique value for Workday customers who need both Workday consulting and advisory support across both HR and Finance.
“In the professional services sector, the quality of your people sets companies apart, and Commit has a team of exceptional professionals. Our team is truly committed to the success of our clients and brings their expertise and passion for success to every client. We are grateful to everyone that is believing in Commit and trusting us with new responsibilities,” said Will Manuel, Co-Founder of Commit. “This is an exciting new chapter as our team continues to set a new standard within the Workday ecosystem.”
Prior to the Services Partnership, Commit supported Workday through an Advisory Partnership. The elevation to Services Partner provides additional value to both internal and external partners of Commit.
The Better Way to Workday
Commit is best known for their initial phase 1 implementation advisory and their full platform post-implementation services. This includes everything from Application Management Services and Platform Optimization to Phase X Implementations and Staff Augmentation.
Helping HR and Finance teams learn Workday and become self-sufficient is at the core of Commit’s support style. This approach takes many shapes such as on-site training, creation of job aids, video tutorials, and knowledge transfer woven into each engagement.
While Commit’s brand was built through serving customers who have already gone live in Workday, they are also quickly building a reputation among customers who are just taking their first steps on their Workday journey. Client Advocacy is Commit’s implementation support service, where they partner with new Workday Customers and the implementation partner to ensure a smooth implementation process. This advisory role involves support on all stages including workbooks, system architecture/design, training, executive steering committee presence, continuity of resources, and a seamless transition to post Go Live support.
You have Workday Questions, Commit has Workday Answers
You don’t have to be a customer to benefit from the Commit team’s knowledge. No matter how you engage, Commit aims to provide value to all Workday users.
This takes many forms, such as the Custom Report Library, free functional checklists for many modules, release management resources, functional articles, and more.
